Perfectly Planned Events is a truly full service event planning and management company. For those clients who prefer a hands-off approach, we will consult, design, coordinate and manage your event from start to finish. All you have to do is attend!
Your event cycle begins with a free consultation, where Shayna and Joshua will get a feel for your event and collect information from which Joshua will set out a preliminary design. Once retained, Joshua will work his magic and dazzle you with a beautiful and unique event design. During your second consultation, you will have the opportunity to approve the design and price quote. Once approved, we will get to work making your dream a reality.
With us, full service really means full service We will design, set up and tear down your event, and coordinate caterers, florists, entertainment, and venue. But we don't stop there. We will assist with attire (tuxedos, dresses or whatever meets your needs), coordinate travel and lodging for out of town guests, accept RSVP's, ensure that the event schedule stays on track, develop contingency plans for incliment weather and so much more.
We can even plan the honeymoon!
We also handle month-of, week-of and day-of event management, serve as a point of contact and liason for vendors, family and guests, and plan, coordinate and manage any rehearsals necessary to make your event run smoothly. In short, we manage every detail of your event to make it as pleasurable an experience for you as possible.
Your investment for our full service planning package is is fluid and depends entirely upon your needs. Whatever your investment, if will includes all of the items on our a la carte menu below and one free ad-on from a selected list.
Package price does not include food, baked goods, or cost of outside rentals.
