Full-Service Planning
We recognize that Quinceaneras are unlike any other party. They are steeped in tradition and often include religious components. Therefore, we give them an added layer of attention that assists our clients plan and mange these unique needs.
We can help our clients plan playlists, choreograph dances, and embed their familial traditions into their daughter's rite of passage celebration. Wardrobe coordination for the quinceanera court as well as specialized food or baked goods options are also possible. In short, we will fully personalize your daughter's day to her and your specifications.
As with all of our events, your Quinceanera event cycle will begin with a free consultation, during which we will learn about your vision for your party. Joshua will discuss his initial design ideas, we will do a date search and discuss venue options. Once retained, we get to work on your event immediately, and you will receive regular updates on the progress of your event cycle.
Our full service option includes day of management, set up and tear down. This means that we liason with caterers and other vendors, ensure that the design is executed flawlessly and clean it all up when complete. We truly mean full service!
Our full service Quincenera planning package is fluid and depends on your needs. It includes event design, set up/tear down, event managements, vendor coordination and free use of our inventory. Rentals and food and baked goods are not included in this package price.
