Full-Service Planning
Whether your party is large or small, Perfectly Planned Events is happy to provide full service planning options. Our goal is always to dazzle and delight guests and amaze our clients with unique, one-of-a-kind event designs, and that is true for our party planning services as well. We welcome any theme or vision our clients bring us. We strive to craft beautiful and festive parties that are budget conscious and convey our clients' interests and personalities.
As with all of our events, your party event cycle will begin with a free consultation, during which we will learn about your vision for your party. Joshua will discuss his initial design ideas, we will do a date search and discuss venue options. Once retained, we get to work on your event immediately, and you will receive regular updates on the progress of your event cycle.
Our full service option includes day of management, set up and tear down. This means that we liason with caterers and other vendors, ensure that the design is executed flawlessly and clean it all up when complete. We truly mean full service!
Our full service party planning package is fluid and depends on your needs. It does include event design, set up/tear down, event managements, vendor coordination and free use of our inventory. Rentals, food and baked goods are not included in this package price.
Additional charges may apply for large parties.
